rose.water

rose water doesn't have to be purchased, you can make it using edible rose petals 

ingredients: 

10g rose petals

150mls water


utensils

hob, pan, water measure, scales, muslin cloth, airtight bottle  


directions: 

place rose petals and water into a pan, bringing to a boil 

after boiling reduce temperature to a simmer until petals have lost their colour

leave to cool with the lid on

strain using a muslin cloth

place in an airtight bottle and store in the fridge for a couple of weeks. 


Please note that this will produce a deep pink liquid
